Dear clients, potential clients, agencies and members of the public. We understand that the current health situation continues to be stressful and difficult on many levels. We have started a gradual and cautious return to in person meetings. We will continue to provide services via phone and secure video link when possible and will provide face to face services when necessary. If scheduled for an in person meeting we would ask that you ensure you do not have any symptoms of a cold and/or flu and that you have not knowingly be in contact with anyone known to have COVID in the past 14 days. If you are not able to ensure your health in this regard, we will re-book your appointment or arrange for a meeting using video/phone.
You will be expected to use personal PPE in the building and in public spaces (waiting room and washroom). You and your service provider can discuss the use of masks during a meeting and this should be based on personal comfort, ability to maintain distance as well as other possible risk factors. You should be aware that if you or anyone in the office contracts COVID we may be required to release your name to public health as having attended our office on a given day.
We also are attempting to minimize traffic in the office so that their will be minimal change of contact with others and few people in the office.
Despite these changes our support staff will be attending the office on a rotating bases and while we will be monitoring phones and e-mails and responding as quickly as possible there may continue to be some delays in responding.
