Dr. Cristina Busila is a bilingual psychologist (French/English) and holds a doctorate (Psy.D) in Clinical Psychology, from the School of Psychology, Université Laval in Quebec City. Dr. Cristina Busila is registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and with l’Ordre des Psychologues du Quebec. She is also a member of the Canadian Psychological Association and other professional organizations (e.g., APA Div 18 Police & Public Safety Psychology Section).

Dr. Cristina Busila has worked in a variety of settings and with diverse clientele (e.g., Veterans Affairs Canada, Canadian Armed Forces, WSIB, RCMP, Correctional Services Canada). Since 2020, Dr. Busila performs police suitability and fitness for duty assessments and provides consultation on psychological management of armed personnel including their fitness to carry and use defensive equipment.
