Jessica is a Registered Psychotherapist – Qualifying with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She is under supervised practice while she completes her qualification. She has a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. 

Jessica has experience as a psychometrist, conducting developmental assessments on adults with developmental disabilities, ASD, brain injuries, and complex mental health issues. She looks forward to continuing to work with these populations, both in adolescence and adulthood, as well as their caregivers navigating these complex situations. In addition, Jessica has experience working with First Responders navigating workplace trauma. 

Jessica’s clinical approach is based on person-centered, cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectic behavioural therapy, and trauma-informed care. Each therapy session is specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client, while working towards the achievement of treatment/healing goals.
