Sean obtained his Bachelors of Social Work from Trent University and his Masters in Social Work from the University of Toronto. 

Sean became a Social Worker after becoming a licensed Forestry Technician and working in the printing trade before his career change. 

As a Social Worker, Sean has worked as a Concurrent Disorder Counsellor at Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health and Sciences. In this role, Sean worked with patients experiencing various mental health diagnoses. 

Prior to this Sean, has worked with youth experiencing systematic barriers in Youth Justice Services and Group Homes. For the past 4 years, Sean has taken on the role as a live-in foster mentor for 3 youth with developmental delays.
