Jessica is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and has a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.
She provides individual therapy for adults and adolescents with developmental disabilities, ASD, chronic illness, and complex mental health issues, as well as their caregivers navigating these complex needs. In addition, Jessica works with First Responders navigating workplace trauma. Jessica also has experience as a psychometrist, conducting developmental assessments on adults with developmental disabilities, ASD, brain injuries, and complex mental health issues.
Jessica’s clinical approach is based on person-centered, cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectic behavioural therapy, and trauma-informed care. Each therapy session is specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client, while working towards the achievement of treatment/healing goals.
